Bob VanNewkirk

Bob Van Newkirk is an owner and an Associate Broker with Premier Properties. Bob has been a full-time real estate professional since 1988 selling primarily farms, ranches and rural acreage's. Growing up on the family owned ranch and being involved in the livestock industry all of his life he is most familiar with all aspects of the rural lifestyle. He has been a high school teacher/coach, owned a retail western clothing store in Torrington and Cheyenne, Wyoming, built and operated a convenience store in Lingle, Wyoming, owns residential rentals and a haircutting franchise in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Bob has two grown sons, Jake and Joel. He, his wife, Sue and their son Kyle, live on a small combination farm raising row crops with a small band of Quarter Horse mares. His background with agriculture and commercial endeavors makes him very knowledgeable of real estate in any of these areas. Although he is not a certified Appraiser he is frequently asked to perform short form appraisals for various banks and attorneys due to his knowledge of real estate values in our area. One of his goals in life is to be known for his honesty and fairness in any dealings that he has with anyone he comes in contact with.

Valerie Grant is has been a realtor with Premier Properties since 2003. She has been licensed with the Wyoming Real Estate Commission since 1999. Valerie was born in the Torrington area and has lived here all of her life. She grew up on a farm and currently resides on the Grant family farm between Torrington and Lingle. After attending Eastern Wyoming College, she married Craig Grant. They have 2 sons; Dustin-24 and Cody-22. Valerie has a passion for serving the people of Goshen County. She has always been very active in the community. She is currently a member of Lions club, P.E.O., Distict Selective Service Review board, and the North Platee Valley Realtor Association. Valerie is a past trustee of the Goshen County Schoolboard. Valerie has a vast knowledge about the people and history of Goshen County. Chelsi Jackson was born and raised in Wyoming ands been a resident of Torrington, WY for over 30 years. She attended Eastern Wyoming College and played volleyball for two years before attending the University of Nebraska in Kearney where she finished with her Bachelors in Education. After graduation she moved back to Torrington with her husband where they currently reside with their three children. Chelsi is very passionate about helping people and is an active member of the Torrington community. Being a member of the community for over 30 years Chelsi is very knowledgeable about eh Goshen County area and the State of Wyoming.

Shelly Duncan is a sales associate at Premier Properties. Shelly began working at Premier Properties in 2005. Later she went to work for Wagons West then started her own real estate company in 2015. We are pleased to have Shelly back at Premier Properties. Shelly Duncan was a very active legislature for several years representing Goshen County. After leaving her seat she began a lobbying and consulting group called Duncan and Viehman Strategies. Shelly is President of Board of Directors for Wyo-Help, Wyoming Free and a member of the Board of Directors for Wyoming Women's Legislative Caucus. Shelly has also been a panelist for NAR National Ethics Day for five years. Shelly now has two granddaughters that live in Florida.

Jerry has an extensive background in Farming and Agriculture. His background includes farming sugar beets, hay, corn, and beans. Kolten McMackin is a new real estate agent with Premier Properties in Torrington, Wyoming, serving buyers and sellers throughout Wyoming. A lifelong resident of Morrill, Nebraska, Kolten graduated from Morrill High School in 2021 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2025. Growing up in western Nebraska gave Kolten a deep appreciation for the land, communities, and people of the region.
