Chelsi Jackson was born and raised in Wyoming ands been a resident of Torrington, WY for over 30 years. She attended Eastern Wyoming College and played volleyball for two years before attending the University of Nebraska in Kearney where she finished with her Bachelors in Education. After graduation she moved back to Torrington with her husband where they currently reside with their three children. Chelsi is very passionate about helping people and is an active member of the Torrington community. Being a member of the community for over 30 years Chelsi is very knowledgeable about eh Goshen County area and the State of Wyoming.
